Best Feature Film in Assamese Language - Anur

“Anur” an Assamese film, is honored with the prestigious National Award for the year 2021. This movie was directed by Monjal Baruah, and marked his third directorial venture. The film is based on the short story “Bhal Puwar Xomoi” by Sahitya Academy Award-winning author, Anuradha Sharma Pujari. “Anur” tells the story of an elderly woman grieving the loss of her husband. Best Actor - Allu Arjun

Best Tamil Film - Kadaisi Vivasayi
