Best Mishing Film - Boomba Ride

Best Feature Film in Assamese Language - Anur

“Anur” an Assamese film, is honored with the prestigious National Award for the year 2021. This movie was directed by Monjal Baruah, and marked his third directorial venture. The film is based on the short story “Bhal Puwar Xomoi” by Sahitya Academy Award-winning author, Anuradha Sharma Pujari. “Anur” tells the story of an elderly woman grieving the loss of her husband. An IAS retired officer helps her cope with her emotional turmoil in the story. The film featured Rajat Kapoor, Jahanara Begum, and Udayan Duarah in pivotal roles, enriching this heartfelt tale.

Best Actor - Allu Arjun

Allu Arjun has achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first Telugu actor to win the National Award for Best Actor. His performance as the lead in the movie “Pushpa: Part 1” has brought immense success to Telugu cinema. Allu Arjun’s character as Puspa has received praise from movie enthusiasts for its versatility. Best Playback singer female - Shreya Ghoshal

“Shreya Ghoshal” won best playback singer female at the 69th National Film Awards for the song ‘Maayava Chaayavaa’ in the Tamil film ‘Iravin Nizhal’. The song was a huge success in the Tamil film industry. With this great achievement, she bagged her fifth National Award in her career. The first national award that she got was in 2002 for the movie, Devdas. Shreya got this National Award for her first Tamil film.

Best Playback singer Male - Kala Bhairava

“Kaala Bhairava” won the Best Male Playback Singer award at the 69th National Awards 2023. The singer won this award for the song Komuram Bheemudo from RRR. With this award, the movie “RRR” received five National Awards this year.

Best Tamil Film - Kadaisi Vivasayi

The movie “Kadaisi Vivasayi” won the National Award for Best Tamil Film. It was directed and produced by M. Manikandan and released on February 11, 2022. The film stars the late Nallandi as the main actor, with Vijay Sethupathi and Yogi Babu adding their talents to the movie.
