  • Day 2: Sarfira made nearly double the amount on its second day, collecting Rs 4.5 crore, which trended well at the box office.

  • Day 3: On the third day, Sarfira continued its run, earning Rs. 5.50 crore to cover its ground in becoming a hit film.

  • Day 4: Monday showed Akshay Kumar’s movie failed and collected only Rs. 1.40 crore despite having positive word-of-mouth from the audience.

  • Day 5: Sarfira failed to sustain its position and lost its balance at the box office, earning only Rs. 1.30 crore on Tuesday.

Sarfira: Movie Cast

This is Akshay Kumar and Radhika Madan’s first movie to be paired opposite each other. Being the lead actor in the movie, Akshay Kumar is the center of the film and shows real emotions in his character.

Akshay Kumar plays a character named VirJagannath Mhatre, while Radhika plays a character named Rani.

Paresh Rawal is excellent as the antagonist. His role as an antagonist is coming from him. Prakash Belawadi gives valuable assistance. R Sarathkumar (Nedumaran; Vir’s commanding officer in the IAF), Anil Charanjeett (Mandar), Iravati Harshe Mayadev (Chitra; All India Radio), and Ravi Khanvilkar, the actor who plays Vir’s father, performed excellently in supporting roles.

Seema Biswas as Vir’s mother leaves a lasting impression, particularly in the flashback scene. Krishnakumar Balasubramanian (Chaitanya Rao) and Saurabh Goyal (Sam) are superb as Vir’s associate, Jay Upadhyay (Rani’s mother) gives a few laughs. Rahul Vohra (Shashank Deshmukh, DGCA officer) is fair.

Suriya made an incredible cameo appearance in the film.

The crew of the film like Niketh Bommi’s cinematography is outstanding. Falguni Thakore’s costumes are authentic. The production designs by Arvind Ashok Kumar and Bindiya Chhabria are honest with ourselves. ANL Arasu and Parvez Shaikh’s action is little but effective. NY VFXWaala, The VFX Triangle Studio’s VFX are appealing. Sathish Suriya has done the editing part very well.
